Delden Employee Organizes Bikers For Babies Fundraiser
Randy Pyle has organized Delden Manufacturing’s participation in the March of Dimes, Bikers for Babies fundraiser since 2009. March of Dimes’ mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Over the past six years, Delden employees have donated generously to this cause thanks to Pyle’s efforts. This year’s ride was held on September 21, 2014 at Kansas Speedway. Pyle oversees the production of all custom wood garage doors manufactured out of Kansas City MO, Delden’s corporate office. Delden is a garage door and opener supplier that has been serving Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Southern Illinois and Northern Arkansas since 1964. Delden is currently celebrating their 50-year anniversary.
Delden Acquires Outside Sales Representative
Delden Manufacturing – manufacturer and distributer of garage doors, parts, accessories and electric operators in the midwest – has added Joe Rethford to their outside sales team. Rethford has 18 years experience in the garage door industry including; installation, trouble shooting, retail sales and is now entering the wholesale market. Rethford will be covering the state of Kansas.

Frank O. Healy Tribute
Frank O. Healy, an active member of the IDA (International Door Association), DASMA (Door & Access Systems Manufactures Association International) and MLA (Mid-America Lumbermans Association) passed away 9/24/11. He was a sales manager for Delden Mfg./Renner Supply Co. for over 30 years, retiring in 1995. Healy played a significant role in making Delden Mfg. & Renner Supply Co. what it is today. He was survived by his wife of 65 years, Katie (since passed); 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. In his free time, he was an adult Boy Scout leader. Ken Kelly, now a Priest at Saint Pius X recalls, “I have good memories of Mr. Healy as an adult boy scout leader at St. Agnes Troop 195. He transported us to many a camp out in the mid 1960s. I recall him also working at Miege School Cafeteria in later years, a ‘behind-the-scenes’ excellent worker.
